By booking an experience with Authentic Bali Journey, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking

Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the date, number of guests, experience, and arrangements have been agreed with Authentic Bali Journey.

2. Payment

Payment is made on arrival on the day of the experience unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 1 day before the scheduled experience.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Changes to the Experience

The itinerary may occasionally be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement where possible.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and following reasonable instructions from our local hosts and guides during the experience.

Guests should inform us in advance about any special requirements that may affect their participation.

6. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience. Authentic Bali Journey is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

7. Local Experiences

Our experiences take place in local communities, villages, plantations, and natural environments. Guests are expected to respect local customs, people, property, and the environment.

8. Safety

Safety

Your safety and comfort are important to us. Please follow the advice and instructions of our local hosts and guides, especially during trekking, nature activities, and outdoor experiences.

We recommend having travel insurance that covers your activities. Guests join activities at their own responsibility.

We are a small local team, and we always do our best to look after you and make your experience safe, relaxed, and enjoyable. However, we cannot be responsible for accidents, personal belongings, loss, or damage beyond our reasonable control.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

Authentic Bali Journey may modify or cancel an experience when necessary due to severe weather, safety concerns, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
