Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before your activity with no cancellation fee.

Pay on Arrival
No deposit or advance payment is required. Simply pay our local host or guide on the day of your experience.

Late Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. If something unexpected happens, please let us know — we will always try to find a fair solution.
